Teacher turnover hit 10% nationally at the end of the 2021鈥2022 school year. Policies are slowly changing to address teacher concerns, but this is the time to revisit solutions through a fresh lens.

According to a new RAND Corp. report, 85% of teachers who have left the profession, but remain in education, cited 鈥渋ncreased 铿俥xibility鈥 as one of the factors that attracted them to their new job. Virtual learning has entered the K-12 education mainstream and remains an option for many students. Can it be a lever to fundamentally change what it means to be a teacher, allowing for 铿俥xibility, better distribution, and a happier, more engaged workforce?

Join a panel of teachers as they weigh in on their experiences with remote teaching and share their perspectives on the possibilities for the future.

Discussion topics include:

  • What is most challenging when teaching online
  • The possibilities for virtual or blended learning
  • Innovative ideas for the continued transformation of K12
